Arepa a la Jalisco au El Salto PDX — Avis de pdxveg (23 sept. 2024)

This was a collaboration with Mis Tacones for the Circle V Portland 2024 Vegan Food & Drink Festival. It consisted of a fluffy arepa stuffed with soy curls seared in a vibrant Jaliquense-style sauce. Finished with sunflower cotija cheese and creamy cashew guasacaca for a bold and flavorful fusion of Mexican & Venezuelan flavors.
