Kebab di seitan au Cuit lu Cru — Avis de pattini (23 août 2024)

I found this place thanks to abillion, when I was visiting Colmar. Unfortunately despite being a very touristy city, there aren’t any vegan restaurants. This is a restaurant inside the indoor market, so it’s pretty informal, but at least it’s fully vegetarian and mostly vegan.
I ordered this seitan-kebab which was a super generous portion and it was accompanied with sides of salad. Price was 14€ which I found to be good given the portion. The taste was also good.
