Kebab di seitan

I found this place thanks to abillion, when I was visiting Colmar. Unfortunately despite being a very touristy city, there aren’t any vegan restaurants. This is a restaurant inside the indoor market, so it’s pretty informal, but at least it’s fully vegetarian and mostly vegan. I ordered this seitan-kebab which was a super generous portion and it was accompanied with sides of salad. Price was 14€ which I found to be good given the portion. Descripción: Ensalada verde, tomate, cebolla, kebab de seitán sabor pimentón, orégano aderezado con una salsa blanca de soja y eneldo, colocado en pan focaccia acompañado de verduras frescas del momento. Yo pedí el kebab de seitan y fue un acierto. Estaba muy bueno y había mucha cantidad. Pude comer el seitan tanto solo como en bocadillo, con el pan que venía (un trozo no se ve porque está debajo del seitán). Big and tasty plate with lots of vegetables and a great portion of seitan. Everything was perfectly balanced!

The restaurant is 90% vegan. They serve some vegetarian food. This was a yummy dish. This is my dad's order, but I tried some of it. My dad said he gives it an 8/10. The kebab is really tasty. The side salade is also really good. The restaurant is a bit pricey in my opinion. #kebab #colmar
