Spinach Paratha au Namaste Cafe — Avis de Iszy (11 août 2024)

Having vegan bread options at an Indian restaurant is always so exciting. We usually go for the fan favorite of garlic paratha, but we decided to switch it up and try this spinach variation. I was surprised to see it come out totally green! It's a very striking addition to the spread! This is not as immediately flavorful as the garlic paratha, but does have its own distinct, more earthy, flavor. Really it's the color that is the star here. As someone who eats with her eyes, I liked it! I'd probably go back to my usual garlic paratha next time though. However, one day I'll have to try the potato one!
