This is a great product to have on hand to make a nice sandwich. Usually I just have it cold, but to make it more fit for a breakfast sandwich up at the cabin, we fried it alongside a JUST Egg patty with Violife cheddar shreds. They were maybe in the pan a bit too long, but it was fun to get them really crispy. They almost ended up like thin bacon, perfect for a breakfast sandwich! The smoky flavor really added to the bacon-iness of it all. It all went together well on a Kirkland Signature everything bagel with avocado, Cholula, and more everything bagel seasoning.
