Vine tomatoes have become my new favorite. They stay fresh longer on the vine, so they're great for when my kitchen gets hot and humid in the summer. These are a great size for tomatoes. Usually I go for the small snacking-sized tomatoes, but these are a really nice in-between. I really enjoyed these on a Kirkland Signature everything bagel with some Trader Joe's cream cheese, fresh basil, and Love That Olive balsamic for a wonderful morning caprese! This is one of my favorite summer breakfasts, and these tomatoes get the job done. Look at how red they are in the center!
