These "scallops" are crafted from king #oystermushrooms, prepared to mimic the tender texture and delicate flavor of traditional #scallops. These #mushroom scallops are perfectly seared, offering a succulent bite #mushroomlover

Accompanying the scallops is a velvety #sweetpotato 🍠 puree, which was super creamy. Interspersed throughout the plate are bursts of sweetness from ripe #figs, a nice contrast to the savory elements. There’s also #samphire, offering a pop of vibrant color and a hint of briny freshness. Sprinkled over the dish is vegan #caviar and to tie everything together, a kizami vinaigrette sauce infused with pepper olive adds a tangy kick and a depth of flavor that enhances each component of the dish.
