This is a meal for a true #mushroomlover 😋 Which I am. It’s both healthy AND delicious. It’s #rice , mushroom, asparagus, cauliflower, spring onion, coconut milk, peas and cherry tomatoes 🍅. To be kept in the freezer ❄️ I put this 5minutes in the microwave. I’ll definitely get this again!! 😋🍛
