One of the worst vegan products I ever tried and I have tried a loooot. Way too acidic, it tasted like sour milk. I even checked the packaging twice thinking it had perhaps expired, but nope, it’s good for another year.
I tried to finish, but at the end I admitted defeat and threw out my rigatoni pasta because it was simply inedible. Very expensive too (at least at Sprouts).
