One of the worst vegan products I ever tried and I have tried a loooot. Way too acidic, it tasted like sour milk. I even checked the packaging twice thinking it had perhaps expired, but nope, it’s good for another year. I tried to finish, but at the end I admitted defeat and threw out my rigatoni pasta because it was simply inedible. Very expensive too (at least at Sprouts).

Nice and creamy. A more balanced, light flavor than the arugula sauce which was overly acidic for my taste.
I was skeptical at first, but it has a nice light flavor. It doesn’t taste EXACTLY like traditional Alfredo sauce, but it’s still pretty good. My mom and brother also liked it, and neither one of them are vegan :)
I did not like this very much:( I was really excited to try a vegan Alfredo sauce because I used to love a creamy alfredo. Unfortunately, the flavor of this was off. It was too tangy and not enough savory creamy. It combined nicely with my pasta in the sense that it wasn't grainy, but the taste was just not good. I had to add a vegan garlic butter to make it taste better. Good news is that it's #glutenfree, #nongmo, and #kosher. I wouldn't buy this again. I hate wasting food and I was worried I was going to have to throw the whole jar out if I couldn't make it taste alright 😬
Overall not bad.  It is pretty thick, almost gravy like. I added a bit of pasta water to make it thinner for fettuccine. Taste was mild and overall pleasant. #pastasauce
