Watermelon Nigiri au Plant Matter Kitchen — Avis de metalmel666 (8 avr. 2024)

I first heard about making watermelon nigiri years ago, but I've never seen it on a menu until now. Depsite the steep price of $13 for 4 pieces, I couldn't resist. The texture of the watermelon was really nice, but it could've used a bit more flavour (perhaps not marinated long enough?) And the rice was so sticky that we had a hard time getting it off the plate without making the topping fall off. Like the truffled mushroom pie, I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. I will definitely return and try out some of their other dishes, though, as they do have a very interesting and unique menu.
