Corned Beef au The Herbivorous Butcher — Avis de Iszy (19 mars 2024)

The morning of St. Patrick's Day, @jonok and I were brainstorming breakfast ideas. We had this corned beef from the Herbivorous Butcher that needed to be used up. We came up with a Reuben breakfast sandwich! We tried up this corned beef for a couple minutes, then Jono made a JUST Egg patty with Cleveland kraut and Violife mozzarella melted together inside. We also made thousand island dressing using Follow your Heart mayo. This corned beef was perfect with all of the other ingredients. It's pretty similar to their bacon, but has different spices and is a bit thinner. It was fun to make this festive breakfast!
