This consisted of marinated tofu, BBQ soy curls, tempeh pâté, đồ chua (Vietnamese fermented carrots and daikon), cilantro, Vietnamese hot sauce, and house aioli on toasted French bread from local bakery An Xuyén. This was truly super, with a crave-worthy combination of savory, sweet, meaty, crisp, and creamy. Comes with a choice of side: Korean pickles, kimchi, or esquites.
