A part of my haul from Good Rebel over winter. I just needed to go ham - vegan ham - and splurge on myself with tons of vegan goodies.
It was one of my rewards for working with little rest. The flavour and texture is amazing. I love the amber ale glaze. I paired this with some succulent asparagus and some garlicky potato turnip mash with some Japanese sweet potato in the mix. I usually have a salad at the end of the meal, which is the European way.
Wonderful product for celebrations or just because.
