My partner has to do a low to no fiber diet, which is very hard for a vegan 🙂 Did you know there are little to no fibers in #seitan ? I didn’t. This was actually good. It’s very thick like bread, but not bread. Idk, I never eat seitan so I was just surprised of the texture 😅 I skewered them and rolled one in ketchup, a hit! 😋
