Unique take of the hor fun we usually get in Singapore. The fat and flat rice noodles were charred around the edges. Served dry, as opposed to the ones drenched in starchy gravy. With bits of nuts and preserved radish and diced kailan for the added crunch. Honestly, an all round awesome dish!
