Classic Wakame Salad! Probably not homemade but super delicious. You can buy them frozen and then thaw then. The restaurant already did it for you. It’s a mixture of seaweed, agar agar strips, flavorings and food coloring. For it to look more homemade they add some spice powder and sesame seeds on top.
