What kind of sorcery is this? 🪄 Vegan croissant 🥐 meets vegan egg 🥚 meets vegan sausage 🤤
The #croissant was baked to perfection, was crunchy outside, perfectly flaky, had a good taste on its own - simply everything you’d want from a croissant 🥐
The #veganegg was a #scrambledeggs kinda style. I don’t know what they have done to the tofu to give it this amazing flavor and consistency - it was so SO close to real scrambled egg #scrambledtofu. Sorcery 🧙
Then we have the #pastrami made from blackbean & soy. A true #umamibomb. Perfectly pan fried for a nice crisp, while still maintains a nice chew. So many textures in this dish!
As if that wasn’t enough already, the inside of the croissant was also smeared with a house made #vegancheese spread! Flavorbomb. Garnished with some spinach (menu says rocket, but I know spinach when I see spinach) and sprouts. 🌱 A divine and perfect dish!
