I didn't expect to find anything vegan during Germany week at #lidl, so imagine my surprise upon seeing these #knödel! Rather large #potato balls with 82% raw potato and the rest being a combination of potato #starch, water, #salt, preservatives and thickeners. They are easy to prepare, and I drizzled some olive oil and chopped some fresh chives over them. Fun trying something new 😊. Priced at 1,89€ for a 500g package of four knödels.
