Oh my goodness, this was the best Roots Bowl that I've ever had. It had #kale, brown rice, #broccoli, carrots, red cabbage, sweet potatoes, miso #tofu, and delicious tangy #miso dressing. I got this bowl with a different flavor profile before and the more expensive #protein option, but this cold tofu was delicious and paired where better. This large serving was $12 and it was a HUGE bowl. I love the great #value Roots offers with healthy, organic options.
