Dressing comes in the form of #chilli in soy sauce. Very clean, something I would make at home, devoid of taste sensation other than padi heat

Fun fact I learned in Vietnam: the banh xeo outside (yellow part) is usually vegan! Yellow color doesn’t mean egg here! Turmeric is the traditional ingredient in it making it yellow
