Romantically pictured in my bed 🛌 Since Tuesday night Covid got me and I haven’t gotten out of bed ever since… it’s really bad this time. Luckily there’s GrabFood to deliver me some nutritious food. I’ve been getting this congee twice within the last days and I’ve had it before as well. It’s so comforting and soothing, you can add extras like tempeh to it to make for some more protein, more veggies etc. #congee #covid #veggies #tempeh #tempehlover

Get well soon my friend 💪 When I was last down with COVID people told me to eat meat until I recovered, because I needed the strength and protein. Hope that's not happening to you!
