This was a pleasant surprise! I told the waitress to leave off the mayo if it’s not vegan, but I am not sure if there was any mayo on this originally.
Very nice sushi, great balance of flavour: tofu, avo, carrots, beetroot and radish from what I could figure.
The price is a bit steep for what you get.
On a nice day, it’s beautiful to sit outside.
There were other options on the menu that can be made vegan.
