Arancin* au Linfa Milano - Eat Different — Avis de pattini (16 déc. 2023)

So like I said in my previous review, the chefs of this restaurant really know how to fry stuff. This arancino (or arancina if you’re from Palermo 😉) has the perfect level of crunchiness and it’s filled with saffron rice and a super savory plant-based ragú. It’s accompanied with a sauce that tastes just like smoked scamorza which I found really tasty. I loved it. The price was 8€ which I found to be appropriate for this dish. This place is cute and service is nice.
