This consisted of crispy, meaty, and tender battered and fried lion’s mane mushrooms, pickled daikon, carrots, and red onions, jalapeños, cilantro, cabbage, and miso sauce on a toasted bun. The delicious mix of crunchy, slightly spicy, tangy, creamy, and meaty hit all the right notes.
