Alternating layers of crunchy granola and smooth mango puree. Sandwiched with vegan whipped cream made using cashew nuts, #oatmilk, and #coconutmilk, which was fluffy and delightful without being too greasy or heavy. 🥭🌴 All blanketed in mango konnyaku jelly and mango cubes with fresh herbs. Great multi-layered treat with a natural burst of fruity sweetness and a refreshingly zesty, tangy, tropical scent. My mum's favourite among the 3 parfait cups I bought! Kind of like a baby form of their lemon mango cake (previously called My Mango Fantasy, now called Summer Fave)! Currently at a promotional price of $3.90 at all outlets till end Dec 2023~ ✨ The counter staff told me they were running the promo in the hopes that more people would get to try out and find a little joy in their vegan parfait cups.
