Filled Croissant with lax au Bakery Bakery — Avis de pattini (3 déc. 2023)

Another amazing salted croissant from Bakery Bakery. Just like the rest of the dishes here it is 100% vegan. The filling consists of a vegan alternative to smoked salmon which was very flavorful. Love the combination of this “faux salmon” and the croissant. The price was around 9 chf.
