Got this bagel during brunch, it was topped with plant-based smoked salmon, vegan cream cheese, onions and capers. We were a little bit disappointed that the bagel was actually only half, but I guess that’s a different way to present it and serve it. I personally like my whole bagel stuffed with cream cheese (or any other filling) and didn’t love this “toast-like” version. Anyway the taste of everything was great, but at 10.90 CHF I would instead get the salted gipfeli with the same filling because it’s more satisfying. #brunch #veganbrunch #bagel #vegansmokedsalmon #zurich

Here I come with another #cinnamonroll review, what can I say, it’s the season! 😬 I tried this at Bakery Bakery (fully vegan bakery with multiple shops across Switzerland), it was a big, sweet and very cinnamon-y pastry, but I have to admit not as good as the ones from Moon. Also here I go crazy for their gipfeli and when I will come back I will stick to those instead of this. Amazing crunchy and very special croissant you can find in Switzerland, it’s a salty croissant. In my favorite vegan Pasticceria / Bakery. Their best croissant is the chocolate-croissant in my opinion.

My mouth is still watering thinking about this #chocolate #croissant 🤤 The dough is the perfect texture thanks to the multiple layers. The chocolate filling goes from one end of the croissant to the other, which is something I appreciate (hate when the filling is just in the middle). Price was 3.95 chf. Everything in this place is vegan and the choice is wide for breakfast or brunch. I would definitely recommend this place, the mood is very informal and cozy. This was a very good chai tea latte, made with what I think was oat milk. It’s was the perfect level of sweetness and had the right balance of all the spices in chai. The foam was great, very firm and tall, with a little sprinkle of cinnamon on top. The portion was a mid size, could have been more generous. Another amazing salted croissant from Bakery Bakery. Just like the rest of the dishes here it is 100% vegan. The filling consists of a vegan alternative to smoked salmon which was very flavorful. This was an amazing salted croissant 🥐 filled with a vegan alternative to egg 🍳 and plant based bacon 🥓 A lovely treat for a Sunday brunch after a walk in the snow! The croissant had an incredible texture and was very “buttery”. One of the best salted croissants I’ve tried so far. The price was around 9 chf.
