Thin beehoon noodles with shredded konjac 'crabmeat', fried soy 'salted fish', and carrot, and beansprouts. 🥢🦀 Unique dish that I don't really think I've seen at other veg*n eateries, and there really was some 'seafood' aroma! Ordered a vegan version of this without egg; personally would have liked to have a bit of shredded tofu / yuba skin to resemble egg~ 🍳 Very affordable for a restaurant meal.
