Ordered a vegan version of this without dairy milk, but the broth was surprisingly still deep and savoury! Came with 2 thick slices of toothsome fried soy 'fish', 'fishcake', silken tofu, tomato, bokchoy, and seaweed. 🍜🍅 Several choices of rice or noodles available.
