That-That (Mixed Green Salad) au Pah! — Avis de pdxveg (24 oct. 2023)

This consisted of a fresh mix of seasonal greens with cucumber, multicolored cherry tomatoes, pepitas, and shaved carrot ribbons with a creamy, tangy dressing. The business is proudly Latinx, Queer, and Deaf-owned, and each dish has its own ASL name. Pah! is ASL slang for “success” or “finally,” which is fitting for Portland’s first Deaf-owned restaurant. In ASL, That-That means “That’s exactly what I’m talking about!” It was lively and refreshing and went wonderfully with the burger we also enjoyed.
