Review of Spinach Artichoke Dip at Kitchen 17 by iszy

I'm always so excited when I see artichoke dip on the menu! We came to Kitchen 17 for some deep dish, but had to try this out too. The pita was a really nice vehicle for the dip. The dip itself was really creamy, and I liked the chunks of artichoke! I think it could have used a bit more flavor. Adding red pepper flakes really helped. Luckily they supply you with red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and even nooch at your table!
