Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta au Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant — Avis de Iszy (19 oct. 2023)

This was the dish I was most excited about when I researched the menu. It's made with seasonal vegetables, so each time you go it may be different. Too bad for me, this time they used the one vegetable I'm not the biggest fan of - beets! It was still really good, just a bit messy to eat. The baguette was really delicious. They drizzled olive oil and salt over it and that was really the perfect touch for me. I also love anything with microgreens, so I was happy to see those on top. It's also served with some tiny pickles on the side which I loved. This dish is $22 which is one of the more expensive appetizers. It is a large portion and could easily be a meal, but it seems strange this is more expensive than the appetizers with meat.
