🥪 This was so original and delicious. It’s shredded tofu crab 🦀with a pink 🌹rose mayo, 🥬lettuce, 🍋lemon, fermented radish, and 🍘seaweed. The flavor and textures were great and lovely to have a warm sandwich on a chilly rainy day. £7.50 and totally worth it for something so unique. Beautiful and colourful decor here to brighten up even the greyest day. #veganisnotscary #sandwich #vegansandwich

Sounds really interesting! I've gotten back into bread making recently but I haven't made focaccia for a few years so I need to change that!
