Liquid smoke is such a great thing to have on hand. It's nice that this brand is even marked vegan! Just a half teaspoon can give a whole block of tofu a nice smokey, meaty flavor. It's a nice touch, especially at this time of year when smokey tastes are so cozy. We used this to make meaty ground tofu.
