Mushroom Suya Salad au AKADI PDX — Avis de pdxveg (3 oct. 2023)

This consisted of meaty umami-rich grilled mushrooms standing in for suya (skewered meat), grilled onions, red and yellow grape tomatoes, and a bright, spicy, and herby citrus vinaigrette on top of lettuce wraps. Served with French bread. It was hearty and full of flavor. (Gluten-free)
