This stir-fry was made with a choice of diced roti (our pick) or rice noodles (gluten-free), Impossible Foods meatball curry, JUST egg, chilies, leeks, green cabbage, napa cabbage, carrots, and scallions, plus cashew cheese, tomatoes, and onions. We had the medium spice version, which, with so many delicious ingredients, was flavorful, hearty, saucy, comforting, and intensely satisfying. The portion size was generous, with plenty for two people in the small version.
