Before catching my flight to Miami, you know I had to stop at my favorite airport restaurant, even though it was on the opposite end of the building. I haven't seen this flavor before, and its ingredients were right up my alley. It has banana, beetroot powder, ice, oat milk, peanut butter, protein powder, and strawberries. I really enjoyed this one and would order it again in the future if they have it.

(It's in a coffee cup because they ran out of the regular cups)

Joe & The Juice was founded in 2002 by Kaspar Basse, at the time in his late 20s. Its a Danish chain of juice bars and coffee shops around the world. As of 2022 it has over 338 locations globally in Europe, Asia, and Australia with 64 locations in North America. The restaurants serve predominantly coffee, tea, sandwiches, fresh juices, smoothies, and veggie shots made with organic ingredients. They also offer gluten free options for their sandwiches.
