Lime Jelly du Cirque Colors — Avis de Iszy (31 juil. 2023)

This polish came out as a set along with the Cobalt Jelly (already reviewed), and Aqua Jelly (up next). These colors were inspired by sea glass. Surprisingly, this lime green might be my favorite out of the three. Its formula is a bit thicker, so I found I only really need two coats to get a really strong, vibrant color. It's a great summer color, but I could definitely see myself wearing it around Halloween... maybe with Cirque's glow-in-the-dark top coat!

I typically don't go for jelly formulas, because I like an opaque finish, but after experimenting with them this week, they've grown on me. I did a gradient between the lime and aqua. My thumb is showing the pure lime jelly (and a little dent in the polish 😭). Since these colors are pretty translucent, you can layer or even mix them to create new colors. I found that the lime is stronger than the aqua, so I had to put a bit more aqua on to get the right hue. I'm really in love with how they turned out! I also added the We Trippy top coat for a little sparkle to make it more mermaid-y. These jellies are just straightforward colors without glitter.
