My husband got his PhD!!!!!!!!! It was a huge deal!!!!! We got invited to the university for a graduation dinner.
I was SO happy to see that almost everything was #vegan at the #buffet!!!! Ahead of time, you had to indicate any dietary preferences, so it was amazing to see that so many ppl clearly chose vegan!
The 3 salads were all vegan, the #whiterice was cooked with oil and the savory tofu dish was bonkers-delicious! And they had #olivebread which is my fav! It was a dream. I may or may not have gotten up two more times LOL! I ate SOOOO much. I was uncomfortable with how much food I ate, but when food is that good and free? Yes, please!!¡
They also had the most decadent #veganchocolate brownies for dessert and we took 3 home in a disposable face mask lmao #dedication.
This meal was technically free aka $0, but after a 7 year degree, this was most certainly not free ahah SO PROUD OF JESSE!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
