This Portland Pizza Week special consisted of a creamy spiced sage butternut squash sauce base coated with a nutritional yeast and topped with zucchini, lemon pepper cauliflower, and a three mushroom blend on a crisp crust with bubbly edges. With a pleasing balance of flavors, including cheesiness from the nutritional yeast, this was both nourishing and delicious. The slices are large and generously topped. Available by the slice ($3) and as a pie.
