I've never really had vegan egg substitutes apart from scrambled tofu, but this really blew me away. We had this in a vegan breakfast sandwich and it was scary how much it reminded me of fried eggs. The texture was on point and didn't feel doughy or chewy, and the taste was nice a subtle. Highly recommend this if you can find it, although there are a few homemade JUST egg recipes I've seen online that I might try 🤫
