This was my main: a delicious pasty filled with shiitake #mushrooms, #lentils and thyme. Served on a well seasoned arugula salad with shimeji mushrooms and dotted with red wine sauce. To add some more texture there was a delicious walnut crunch! Great portion and super tasty!
