Veganised seaweed tempura tofu with avocado roll au elemen Classic @ Great World — Avis de Teng Chu Yu (11 janv. 2023)

Dad ordered the default version w mayo but it can be omitted to make vegan. Get this if you prefer avocado over eggplant! :)

Ask for a vegan version through the staff (the mobile ordering platform doesn’t allow for special orders). They’ll replace the mayo with more kabayaki (sweet & savoury) sauce :D

Love the v crunchy tempura bits, mini cucumber & carrot pieces, sushi rice and seaweed.

Especially love the slightly crispy kale tofu that are soft and plain tofu cubes coated with a super flavourful seaweed-tasting batter. Comes with a side of pickled ginger to cleanse the palate!
