This was part of a holiday goodie bag. I'm not one to put in effort to make tea, gave this to someone but I like this brand. Plastic free, #organic herbs and this one is caffeine free. 5* presentation. Chamomile, lavender and lemongrass would likely ease sinuses and be calming. This is my highest rated product in a long time and I didnt consume it. Whats that say about me...
