This was part of a holiday goodie bag. I'm not one to put in effort to make tea, gave this to someone but I like this brand. Plastic free, #organic herbs and this one is caffeine free. 5* presentation. Chamomile, lavender and lemongrass would likely ease sinuses and be calming. One of my fav daily pastimes is my ritual of drinking tea! It helps me unwind, destress and be reflective! If you can’t tell, this is my fav tea! I love that it is USDA Organic! Non-organic tea has a higher chance of containing mold. Super important to always be drinking tea that is organic. It is also Non-GMO Project Verified and the brand is a Certified B Corp!
