Review of Mascarice - Mozzarisella by shuggerlee

First time I tried this mascarpone to prepare Tiramisu. I was very sceptical, because of the colour and the strong nutty taste. Also the consistency was quite soft. However, after the tiramisu had time to set over night, the nutty taste had disappeared and the tiramisu tasted great!
