This is another great melter from Daiya! I put these shreds on my veggie hash and didn't even need to steam it for it to melt! I'm planning on making a lasagna with it this week as well. Mozzarella doesn't have as much flavor as cheddar, so it's harder to speak to the flavor compared to dairy. I just love that it gives that creamy and sticky texture I look for when I cover something in cheese. I appreciate that Daiya is one of the cheaper options at the grocery store.
