A huge bag of frozen corn is a nice staple to get from Costco. This 5lb bag was great for adding to our Shepherd's Pie from the Herbivorous Butcher Cookbook. The corn tastes fresh and thawed well. This cozy meal was a wonderful way to start a weekend at the cabin.
