This was an impromptu purchase at No Frills. It certainly beats adding boring, plain, flavourless water to a recipe. This stuff is so flavourful, made from a variety of vegetable juices. It goes to show you that you don’t need chicken to make a broth.

I added it to a melange of vegetables, chick peas and quinoa (see the last photo). I’ll definitely buy this again.
